Hollis School Employees that eat in the cafeteria can enjoy the same online privileges for their cafeteria account. To create your account follow these steps:
Step 1: Obtain your Nutrikids Staff ID number from Mrs. Cooper. This is not the same as your employee number used in other programs.
Step 2: Go to http://www.mynutrikids.com/ and click on the circle that says "Sign Up Here". Enter our zip code (73550).
Step 3: Create your Login account. The password has to be at least 6 characters. Once you have done this successfully, you will be prompted to login using the information you just entered.
Step 4: Click on "My Profile", then at the bottom click "Setup Staff Account". This is where you will need the Staff ID from Step 1. Complete the fields and click Submit.
Step 5: If you have students that eat in the cafeteria, click on "My Kids" and add them to your login account. You will need their Student ID which you can get from the office or Mrs. Cooper.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not see any of your information for one day - the computer system only transfers information for staff that have "signed up", and transfers only happen once a day.
After that first day has elapsed, you will be able to see your account balance, view a transaction history for the last 30 days or deposit money into the account.
CONVENIENCE FEE: When you make a deposit into your account, you will be charged a $1.75 Convenience Fee. This fee is assessed by the payment processing company and no part of that fee comes back to Hollis School. However, it is a single fee no matter how much you pay or how many people to whom the payment applies. For example, it will cost $1.75 to pay $5 for a single account, but it will also only cost $1.75 if pay $50 for your account and your two students at the same time.
